Ingredients

    * *Idaho Potato, 1 medium, 8 oz
    * Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup, shredded
    * Morning Star Grillers Recipe Crumbles, 1.3 cup
    * Onion, raw 1/2 cup chopped, 0.5 cup
    * Broccoli, cooked, 1 cup, chopped
    * Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Scrub the potatoes and stab the skin with a fork on four sides. Bake for 60 minutes, or until knife inserted goes easily through thickest part of potato.

Meanwhile, chop your onion, shred your cheese, and heat up soy crumbles in a dry pan. Stir often to avoid sticking.

Steam broccoli.

When potatoes are done, cut open and fill with soy crumbles, cheese, onion, broccoli. Add salt and pepper to taste.
