    1 tbsp olive oil
    Onions, , chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves, crushed
    1 chilli pepper deseeded and chopped
    Knorr Stockpot veg dissolved in 75ml boiling water
    0.5 - 1 Can chopped Tomatoes
    Tomato Puree, 1tbsp
    Red Wine, (2 fl oz) 0.25 cup
    Oregano, dried, 1 tsp
    green french beans, 1 cup, sliced
    Beans, red kidney, 0.5 can (drained)
    Cannellini beans 0.5 can (drained)
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 0.5 can (drained)
    Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 300 g


Whilst cooking the spagetti;

Heat oil and gently fry onions until softened, add garlic and chilli and cook for further minute or two.

Add stock, tomatoes, tomato puree, wine, oregano and seasoning, cover and simmer for 20 mins.

Meanwhile, cook french beans in boiling water for few mins, then add them to the sauce along with the other beans. Cook for a few more minutes.

Serve the sauce over the pasta.
