Ingredients

    1 head lettuce
    1 can rinsed black beans
    1 can black olives
    1 8 oz package monterey jack cheese (cubed)
    1 pound of chicken
    1 package taco seasoning

Directions

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Boil then fry in taco seasoning mix. Cut up an entire head of lettuce in bowl. pour in the cans of beans and olives. Put cooled chicken and cubed cheese in bowl.
You can put a jar of Maries lite ranch in bowl with a half bag of Fritos or if you are not going to eat it all at one sitting, put fritos and dressing on plates.
