    egg white, fresh, 3 large
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    Powdered Sugar, .5 cup, unsifted
    Salt, 1 dash
    Vanilla Extract, .75 tbsp
    .25 tsp cream of tarter


Get small sauce pan fill with 1/4 of water and bring to a simmer on about a medium heat.

Combine egg whites, both sugars, vanialla extract and cream of tarter in a heat safe bowl.

Stir mixture continuously over heat until mixture is warm and sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and use mixer to mix until cooled, glossy about 7 minutes. Cool for thirty minutes in refrigerator. Use recipe with breakfast muffins.
