Introduction

Easy chicken and rice with gravy. Mmm. Easy chicken and rice with gravy. Mmm.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    6 servings of brown rice
    3.5 lbs. chicken tenderloins
    2 cans of 10 oz. cream of mushroom soup condensed (low fat)
    3 tbsp. olive oil

Directions

Cook the rice.

Cook the chicken in with the olive oil.

Add the soup to the chicken and simmer with the lid off for about 15 minutes, stirring occassionally.

Serve with green beans.
