Ingredients

    1 cup dry chick peas
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 cup olive oil
    3/4 cup water (as needed)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp lemon juice
    cumin to taste

Directions

Cook beans according to package

Once cool, place in blende or food processer. Add garlic, oil and spices. Start with 1/2 cup water. Add more as needed for desired consistency.
