    2 sm pkg sugar free gelatin (strawberry)
    1 1/2 cups boiling water
    1 1/2 cups crushed ice

    1 1/2 cup thawed frozen straberries (no sugar)
    or you could use fresh sliced strawberries...

    1 cup Cool Whip Lite


Put 2 sm pkg of sugar free gelatin in medium bowl. Pour boiling water into bowl and mix for two minutes until dissolved. Then add 1 1/2 cups cold water or ice (I use crushed ice. it sets up quicker.) Put bowl into the fridge for about 25-30 minutes if using ice.( Longer if you use cold water.) Then fold in the strawberries & cool whip. Return to fridge & let set up for 3 hours.
makes 8 - 1/2 cup servings.
