Ingredients

* Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
* Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
* Salt, to taste
* Pepper, black, to taste
* White Rice, medium grain, 0.75 cup
* Tomato Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
* Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup (or less)
* Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown hamburger with onion - salt and pepper to taste. Drain if necessary. Add tomato soup, rice and chili powder and pour into a casserole dish.
Cover and put into oven for 50 minutes. Take out of the oven and add the cheese on top (uncover). Cook the remaining 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
Serve, but be careful because it's pretty hot. You can spice it up with some chopped jalepeno peppers if you like a little more kick to your casseroles.
