Ingredients

    14 oz can stewed tomatoes
    1 med onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
    1 can Campbell's tomato soup
    1 Tlb parsley
    1 1/2 tsp oregano
    2 tsp basil
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp celery salt
    1 Tlb grated parmesan cheese
    12 oz lean ground beef

Directions

Combine tomatoes, garlic and onion in blender cup, process until smooth.
Brown ground beef, drain off fat, add blended tomatoes, tomato soup, and seasonings.
Simmer 30 minutes. Add a little water if sauce thickens too much.
Makes 4 1-cup servings.
