I literally just made it up. Easy way to add fibre and vegetables. I literally just made it up. Easy way to add fibre and vegetables.
Number of Servings: 6

    Zucchini, one whole, Chopped.
    Green Pepper. 1
    Red Pepper 2
    Spinach, fresh. Handful
    White Onion, Half. Chopped
    Eight or ten baby carrots.
    Fresh Parsley, handful.
    Basil, to taste.
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 Fresh
    Garlic, 3 cloves (or more)
One small can of tomato paste
    Celery, 5 stalks chopped
    Salt and pepper
    Hot Sauce * optional *
    Olive Oil 1tbsp

Combine all vegetables in a blender, with water added occasionally to keep the blades going.

Try and taste it to see what it needs. I added a lot of hot sauce and pepper to it. But it's all dependant on your personal preferance.

Once all veggies are blended into a good puree, put olive oil in a pot, add veggies, and let simmer for as long as you want. I left it for like 20 minutes and it was great, however if left longer the tastes would change.

The calorie table doesn't include whatever pasta you add.
