    1 1/4 C oatmeal
    1/2 C brown rice flour
    1/4 C ground flaxseed
    1/4 C Sweet Fiber all natural sweetener
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 C Egg Beaters
    1/4 C Fage Total 0% Greek Strained Yogurt
    3 medium, ripe bananas, mashed
    1/4 C agave nectar
    1/3 grapeseed oil
    1/4 C walnut pieces


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together oatmeal, flour, flaxseed, Sweet Fiber all natural sweetener, baking powder and baking soda.
3. In a separate bowl, combine Egg Beaters, yogurt, bananas, agave nectar, and oil. Add flour mixture and fold in walnuts.
4. Divide batter into muffin cups lightly coated with nonstick spray. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched. Cool on a wire rack.
5. Makes 12 (using muffin top pan) or 18 using standard muffin pan.
