Number of Servings: 10

    1 lb 7% Lean Hamburger
1 small head of cabbage - Cut or shredded finely
6 large potatoes - cut into chunks
2 Large Carrots - cut into bite size
2 Celery Stalks - cut into bite size
2 10oz Bag Mixed Vegetables (Carrots, peas, green beans, lima beans, corn)
    1 cup Lima Beans
28 oz can Diced or Crushed Tomatoes
2 Tblspns Garlic Salt (or to taste)
4 Tblspns Garlic Powder (or to taste)
1/4 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce or Worchestershire Sauce

Brown and drain hamburger. Fill large pot with close to half water. Fill pot with all ingredients above in no particular order. Mix well with large spoon. Boil at Medium High for about 45 minutes to 2 hours. Add more water if needed.

I like it on the first day. I love, love, love it the second day and beyond as it really takes on that stew consistency.

Using my pot, I get 10 servings out of this. A serving size is 2 cups and equals 7 points if you're doing WW.
