    2 can Campbell's 98% fat free Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 cup Swanson's fat free chicken broth
    1 lb. chicken breast (no skin)
    1 cup brown rice (dry)
    1 envelope Ranch dressing dry mix


Combine soup, broth and dry ingredients in a crockpot. Add chicken breasts and cover each with mixture. Cover and allow to cook for several hours.

If using instant rice, you may add it in towards the end of the cooking process.

Makes 10 servings (3/4 cup each)

  • I had to use one can of cream of chicken and one cream of mushroom, so I dont know how much of a difference that makes. It was a very easy throw together dinner. My only issue was I used regular brown rice and put it in at the beginning and it was very mushy. Would deffinitly put in later. - 7/8/09
