This makes a lunch or dinner salad with the protein of your choice and dressed with oil and/or lemon. I used shrimp. Ingredients

    romaine, canned artichoke hearts (NOT marinated), asparagus, avocado.

Directions

Chop things up and toss together. Makes one large lunch or dinner salad. Feel free to adjust proportions of ingredients to your taste.
