    1 can (6oz) water packed tuna (drained)
    1/3 cup chopped cucumber
    1/3 cup avacado
    1/3 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped romaine lettuce

    4 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
    2 tbls fresh lime juice
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1/ tsp black pepper


To make the salad: Layer the tuna, cucumebr, avacado, celery, and lettuce in a bowl.

To make the dressing: MIx the olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and pepper. Drizzle over the salad.
