    *Fennel seed, .75 tbsp (remove)
    Orange Peel, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
    Kirkland Albacore Solid White Tuna, water, 6 oz (remove)
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup (remove)
    Parsley, .25 cup (remove)
    Macaroni, whole-wheat, 341 grams (remove)


Heat oil in skillet, add onion and soften- just a few minutes. Add fennel seeds and orange zest, tomato, s&P, parsley, tuna and chickpeas. Cook pasta according to instructions. Mix, serves 4
