    10 large eggs

    1 pkg (8oz) neufchatel cheese (or cream cheese)

    1/2 lb of back approx: 12 slices


Cut up bacon and cook in pan.
Drain well.
Add beaten eggs and cubed cream cheese and cook until eggs are done.

Serve with biscuits and jam!
