Ingredients

    1 store-bought angelfood cake
    1 average sized pineapple
    1 box of jell-o instant sugar free vanilla pudding
    1 container of Coolwhip free
    1/2 cup of fresh strawberries, sliced
    1/2 cup of fresh blueberries

Directions

to make filling:

cut fresh pineapple in one inch peices (you may substitue 20 oz. can of crushed pineapples- UNdrained, but nutrition info will be different).

crush peices in food processor - DO NOT DRAIN

place crushed pineapple in bowl and mix with powdered instant pudding (the juice from pineapple will be the liquid needed to make pudding).

let set for 5 minutes.

fold in container of thawed coolwhip free.

slice prepared angelfood cake in 3 horizontal peices.

place bottom peice on cake pan, and spread 1/3 of pineapple mixture on top.
place middle peice of cake and place 1/3 of pineapple mixture on top.
repeat with remaining cake top, and last 1/3 of pineaple mixture.

place fresh berries on top.

chill at least 2 hours.
