    2 cups frozen zuccini (thawed)
    2 scrambled eggs
    1/4 cup of bread crumbs
    1 package of Feta & Garlic Cheese
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 cup of Ragu sauce


about 6 servings
dip zuccini in egg then coat in breadcrumbs
layer in baking dish
sprinkle feta cheese and mushrooms
cover with sauce
baked at 350 for 30 min.
