    8 oz ground turkey
    1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 slice of whole wheat bread
    1/2 cup tomatoe sauce


Chop onion and bell pepper. Mix turkey onion and bell pepper together. Add in wheat bread in small peices. Mix all together season with Mrs. Dash or seasoning of your choice. Pat into small pan or muffin tins. Cover with tomato sauce. Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes.
