    Butter, salted, 4 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    *Dole Pineapple Tidbits 100% Pineapple juice, 2 cups
    Maraschino cherries, 30 cherry
    *Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 2.5 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    Baking Powder, 4 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Butter, unsalted, .66 cup
    Pineapple Juice, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large


Preheat to 375. Makes 15 servings.
1. Melt 4T of butter in a non stick pan. Stir in brown sugar and melt. Pour into baking dish.
2. Place pineapple and cherries in dish. Save pineapple juice for later.
3. Sift dry ingredients over softened 2/3 c. butter. Add remaining ingredients and beat well.
4. Pour over pineapple and brown sugar mixture in dish.
5. Bake approximately 45 mins. Let cool slightly and turn up-side down on a platter.
