    1.5 lbs extra lean ground beef
    3 large potatoes
    12 oz. velveeta light
    1 can cream of mushroom + 1 can water


brown ground beef.
Layer into bottom of a 9 x 12 pan
Add cheese on top
layer potatoes
pour soup + 1 can water on top

Bake for 1 hour 15 min to 1 hour 30 min at 400

Makes 8-12 servings
