Bread Machine crust, delicious homemade pizza! Bread Machine crust, delicious homemade pizza!
Number of Servings: 8


    3/4 cups room-temperature water
    2 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup bread or all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. bread machine yeast

    1/3-1/2 cup pizza sauce (I prefer Contadina)
    2 cups shredded pizza cheese (I prefer Sargento)
    Toppings of your choice (you will need to add them into the nutritional counter yourself)


Add the water and olive oil to bread machine pan. Add the flours, salt, and sugar. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the yeast. Set machine on Dough setting.

When finished, roll out dough onto floured board to make a 14-15" circle. Spray pizza pan with Pam, transfer dough to pizza pan. Prebake at 425F until crust just begins to brown.

Remove from oven, spread pizza sauce and cheese over the top. Add any other toppings you like, but they are not calculated into the nutritional information. Bake at 425 for 7-10 minutes until done to your liking. Slice into 8 and enjoy!
