Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Danon Nonfat Plain Yogurt
    1/2 Banana, fresh, medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    3 Strawberries, fresh, medium (1-1/4" dia)
    15 Blueberries, fresh (or frozen, unsweetened)
    3/4 Cup Orange Juice (I use the juice from 1 medium orange)
    1 Cup Crushed Ice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and ENJOY!
