Number of Servings: 15


    1 lb ground turkey
    1 cup water
    2 cups black beans
    1/2 chopped raw onion
    2 tsp mustard
    1 tsp chives
    1 tbsp basil
    1 tsp salt or salt substitute
    3 cans of diced toatoes


Brown the ground turkey. Add the water and other ingredients except the tomatoes. Blend the canned tomatoes until the textire you prefer for chili. Then add the tomatoes. Let simmer for an hour or hour and a half . For our family this made approximately 15 1 cup servings.
