4 TBSP spice brown mustard
3 TBSP yellow mustard
2 TSP Worcestershire Sauce
1 TSP Fajita seasoning
Salt
Pepper
5 Small pork tenderloin (chop), boneless (1LB.)
Directions
Mix mustards, worcestershire, and fajita seasoning together in a small bowl. Place pork chops in a shallow baking dish. Coat each side of chops with mustard mixture. Marinate at least one hour. Grill or broil chops.
