Ingredients

    rutabagas, 1 large whole, peeled, cut into fries
    baby carrots, 1/2 poind, halved
    vegetable broth, 2C
    garlic, 3 cloves, chopped
    basil, fresh, 10 leaves, chopped
    white wine, 1 fl oz

Directions

Place rutabagas and carrots in pot, cover with vegetable broth and boil until medium soft. remove broth and discard. Spray frying pan with olive oil cooking spray, slowly add vegetables until lightly browned. set aside. Add garlic, basil, and white wine to frying pan, return the vegetables, heat thoroughly. Serves 3.
