    11 ounces whitefish
    3 tablespoons reduced fat mayonnaise
    2 teaspoons dijon mustard
    3/4 teaspoon minced fresh chives
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 ounce minced green olives with pimento (about 2 tablespoons)
1/8 cup panko bread crumbs (about 2 tablespoons)

1. Preheat oven to 400 and spray a baking dish with cooking spray
