    8 slices low sodium bacon cooked crisp
    6 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
    6 hard boiled eggs, diced
    1 can low sodium cream of chicken soup
    1 C. skim milk
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1 C. onion, shopped
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 C. colby and monterey jack cheese


Layer potatoes, bacon and eggs.
Pour other ingredients that have been stirred together over the layered ingredients.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
