Ingredients

2 oz. extra-lean ground beef
4 slices low-fat canadian bacon (roughly cut into 1/4-1/2 inch squares)
3 slices Jennie-O Turkey Bacon (roughly cut into 1/4-1/2 inch squares)
1 cup Bertolli Tomato and Basil pasta sauce
1 - 8oz. package of spaghetti shaped shirataki noodles
1 Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss wedge
1/4 grated parmesan cheese (preferably fresh)
1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional, if you want to spice it up)
Directions
Makes 2 1-cup servings
1) Over medium high heat, lightly brown the ground beef in a saucepan and drain the fat.
2) Add the canadian and turkey bacon and cook for a few minutes until crisp.
3) Add the pasta sauce and reduce heat to low, simmer while preparing the "pasta"
4) In a separate sauce heat water to boiling.
5) While water is coming to a boil, rinse and drain the Shirataki noodles several times until the odor is neutralized.
6) Parboil the noodles in the water for 90 seconds.
7) Drain the noodles and add to the pasta sauce mixture, heat for one minutes.
8) Turn off the heat and add the Laughing Cow cheese wedge. Stir until melted through.
9) Now is the time to stir in the red pepper if you like it spicy.
10) Place the mixture into two separate bowls or plates for serving.
11) Top with chopped basil and parmesan cheese and Enjoy!
