Introduction

Not low fat or low calorie, just the recipe that I grew up with! Not low fat or low calorie, just the recipe that I grew up with!

Ingredients

    I frozen pie crust
    3 cups chopped rhubarb
    1 Tbsp flour
    2 Tbsp sugar
    2 eggs
    1 cup sugar
    2 Tbsp flour

Directions

Toss rhubarb with first amount of flour and sugar and dump into the pie shell. Beat eggs with second amounts of sugar and flour and pour over rhubarb. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Makes 1 9" pie. Calorie count is for 1/8 piece. This pie is best eaten the day made
