Number of Servings: 4


    2 large potatoes cooked
    2 Tbs I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (stick)
    2 1/2 Cups 1% Milk
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1/4 Cup cornstarch
    1 Cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese
    3 Tbs Bacon Bits
    Salt & Pepper to taste


Cook potatoes and set aside. In sauce pan heat butter and 2-1/4 Cups milk. When butter is melted add sour cream and mix thoroughly. In a cup mix 1/4 Cup milk and 1/4 Cup cornstarch, then pour into sauce pan. Continue stirring as sauce thickens. When it reaches the consistency you want, remove from heat. Add cheese and bacon bits and then potatoes. Makes 4 large bowl servings
