Traditional Choc-Oat Chip Cookies made with Splenda Sugar and Brown Sugar, not that skinny, but better.

Makes about 6 1/2 Dozen cookies.
2 cookies per serving.

Ingredients

    2 Cups Butter (4 sticks)
    1.25 Cups Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1 C. Splenda White Sugar
    4 eggs
    4 T. Skim Milk
    4 tsp Vanilla
    3.5 C. Flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    5 C. Quick Oats
    2 C. Nestle Mini-Morsels Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Directions

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla. Combine flour, soda, and salt. Add to sugar mix. Combine oats and chips. Gently stir into sugar/flour mix. Drop by 1 T. rounded scoops onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for approximately 9 minutes. I use a large cookie scoop to drop the cookies.
