Number of Servings: 6


    1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
    1/8 cup Ketchup
    1 packet Lipton Onion Soup and Dip Mix
    1/2 c. 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
    1 Large Egg
    2 Teaspoons minced garlic (or 2 cloves)
    1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
    1/2 cup Baby Oatmeal
    1/2 Tablespoon Worcester Sauce


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat large egg in small bowl and set aside. In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients (soup mix, pepper, oatmeal, dry mustard). Add ketchup, worcestershire sauce, cheese, egg, and minced garlic. mix this well. Add ground turkey and gently fold it into the wet mixure. (I have found by mixing the dry and then wet together that it has better taste and consistency).

Place in an UNGREASED loaf pan (I use glass). Bake uncovered for approximately 50 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 180 degrees in the center of the loaf.

Makes 6 servings.

**Note: This is yummy with some BBQ sauce squirted on top during the last 5 minutes of baking, but this is not included in the nutritional information.
