    2 1/2 chicken breasts (2 pieces = 1 breast per calorie info)
    2 tbsp ground ginger (or to taste)
    2/3 cup Schezuan Sauce (10 tbsp used for calorie info)
    6 tbsp brown sugar
    2 tbsp liquid honey


Place frozen chicken breasts in a roaster with approximately 1 inch of water in pan. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Remove, cool and then cut into cubes and place in wok.

Combine ginger, schezuan sauce, brown sugar and honey in a small bowl and mix well. Add to wok and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes to combine flavours.

Serve over rice.

I prefer to roast the frozen chicken breasts because it makes the chicken very tender however you can also cut thawed chicken breast into cubes and scramble fry in a wok with some oil. Once cooked through add the sauce.

    Zowie!! The amount of sodium in this recipe is insane! Did you calculate the szechuan sauce correctly? 2/3 cup of sauce = about 10 tbsp not 31.46 tbsp (which is almost 2 cups). - 6/20/09

    Nope it appears that I did not calculate the szechuan sauce correctly.

    I was shocked at the amount of sodium as well and thought I am never going to eat this again!
