    2 slices milton plus wheat bread
    1/2 lb. cubed ham
    1/2 c. shredded cheddar
    1 egg
    2 egg whites
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper


Remove crust from bread and cut into 1 in. cubes. Place in a greased 8 inch square pan. Sprinkle ham over bread. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, mustard, salt & pepper. Pour over ham and bread. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden. 4 servings.
