Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups All Purpose Unbleached Flour
Salt, 1 tsp
Yeast, dry active, 2 1/2 tsp - 1 package
Granulated Sugar 1/2 tsp
1 1/4 cups of water, warmed to 105 to 115 degrees
1 Tbsp Olive Oil - Use the best you have
Directions
In a food processor fitted with metal blade, pulse flour and salt. In a glass measuring cup, dissolve the yeast and sugar in the warm water. Let stand 5 minutes until foamy. Add the olive oil to the yeast mixture.
With the food processor running, add the liquid to the dry ingredients in a steady stream, until a dough ball forms on top of the blade. (If your machine has a "Dough" option, use that.)
Add a little more water, or a little more flour, 1 tablespoon at a time until the dough is moist but not sticky.
Process for 45 seconds to knead. Transfer to a lightly oiled bowl and cover tightly with plastic wrap. Let the dough rise in a warm, draft free place until doubled in volume, 20 to 30 minutes.
Punch the dough down, my favorite part! Use in your favorite pizza recipie.
Top with your favorites, bake for 15 minutes in a HOT, 500 degree oven.
