    ground beef, 1.5# lean
    onion, medium, chopped fine
    cream of mushroom soup, 1C
    egg, 2 large
    Parsley, dried, 1 Tbsp
    Bread crumbs, dried, plain, 1/2C
    bread, fresh, whole wheat, sliced thin, 3 slices, torn
    garlic, dried, 1/4 tsp
    salt & pepper to taste
    tomato soup, 1C


MIx all ingredients except the tomato soup. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pat meat loaf into pan, place in oven and bake for 2 hours. Drain all fat, carefully. Cover with tomato soup and bake another 20 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Cut into 10 1" slices and serve. Left overs make great meat loaf sandwiches.
