Number of Servings: 16


    1 cup flour
    3/4 cup chopped walnuts
    1 stick melted butter
    1-8 oz cream cheese
    1 lg carton Cool Whip
    1 cup powdered sugar
    2-3 oz. boxes of INSTANT choc. fudge pudding
    3 cup cold milk


Preheat oven to 350 degrees...
Spray 9X13 pan with pam. Mix together flour, melted butter and walnuts and pat into bottom of pan. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350---set aside and cool completely.
Beat until creamy, cream cheese, 1 cup of cool whip and powdered sugar. Spread on cooled crust.
Mix puddings and milk together for 2 minutes and spread over cheese filling.
Top with balance of cool whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving and any leftovers.
