    Chick peas (1 cup)
    Tomato (diced)
    Fresh Cilantro
    Fresh Parsley
    Lemon Juice (juice of half lemon)
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3tblsp
    3 cloves of garlic
    seasoning salt 1/4 tsp

Directions

Make couscous according to box instructions.

Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate at least one hour
