    1 cup warm water (110-115F)
    1 package active dry yeast
    1.5 cups organic white flour
    2 TBSP olive oil
    1/2 tsp salt

    Sauce and Toppings

    8 oz. tomatoe sauce
    2 tsp oregano
    44 slices pepperoni
    1/4 cup diced onions
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    4 oz. mozzarella cheese


Combine water, yeast and oil.

In a medium size bowl, combine flours and salt and mix well. Sirt in water, yeast and oil. Knead with hands until well blended, then knead for five minutes. If dough becomes sticky, sprinkle with whole wheat flour.

Transfer dough to a lighty oiled 2-quart bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Place in a warm over (150F) for one hour until dough doubles in size.

When dough has risen, divide it into two parts and roll into balls. Cover with towel and let rest for 15-20 minutes.

While dough is resting, prepare sauce and toppings. After dough has rested, shape dough into two 10-inch crusts, top with sauce and toppings and cook at 425F for 15 minutes.

Cut each pizza into four slices for a total of eight servings.
