Ingredients

    1 Flat Out Multigrain Wrap
    3 oz. chicken breast, cubed
    All-Purpose Seasoning, to taste
    3 small fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 serving non-stick cooking spray (optional)
    3 medium spears of asparagus
    2 T Contadina Pizza Squeeze pizza sauce
    1/2 cup Kraft 2% shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

In a sautée pan, season and cook chicken until almost brown. Add mushrooms and cooking spray when chicken is nearly done cooking, and brown mushrooms and chicken together.

While that is cooking, steam asparagus spears in your microwave or in a separate pan. Once cooked, cut asparagus into bite-sized pieces.

On a baking sheet, spread pizza sauce on Flat Out wrap. Add cooked chicken, mushrooms and asparagus, and then sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a 300 degree oven for 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
