    3 whole chicken breasts
    2 c black beans
    2 c frozen corn
    2 c salsa
    1 c red pepper (sliced or chopped)
    2 tbsp low fat cream cheese


Toss everything in the crockpot but the cream cheese and cook for 8 hours on low. Add the cream cheese just before serving and stir in!
