    4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
    1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
    sugar substitute equivalent to 2 tablespoons sugar (I prefer Splenda)
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 pkgs. (2.1 ounces each) frozen mineature phyllo shells thawed
    1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges drained
    1 kiwifuit peeled, sliced and cut into quarters


In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar substitue, and vanilla until smooth.
spoon into phyllo shells. Top each with an orange segment and kiwi piece. Refrigerate until serving. MAKES: 2 1/2 dozen serving size -3 cups
