    2 red onions chopped
    1 small bunch of marjoram or oregano
    2 sprigs fresh thyme
    1 clove garlic
    1 lb zuchinni
    1 lb yellow squash
    3 tbsp olive oil
    1/3 cup chicken stock
    salt and pepper to taste


chop onion, herbs and garlic. Slice sqush into thin rounds.

saute onions and herbs in olive oil.

in a shallow caserole lput onions on bottonthen ayer the squash. pour stock over top and cover with foil. Bake 30 mins at 350.
