Introduction
FRESH SALMON QUICK AND EASY FRESH SALMON QUICK AND EASYNumber of Servings: 1
Ingredients
-
Puchase fresh Salmon at the meet counter of your favorite store. Take a baking dish and lightly spray with oil. Leave the skin on the Salmon and place the skin side down in the baking dish. Sprinkle the Salmon with about 1/4 cup of your favorite white wine, mine is from the Adam Puchta winery and is their Vignoles. When the Salmon is done it wil come right off of the skin and the skin keeps the salmon from burning or getting too done on the bottom.
Directions
You can broil the Salmon until done - about 15 minutes or you can bake it. I like to bake mine at 375 degree for 20 minutes covered on the bottom rack and than 20 minutes uncovered on the top rack. That gives me time to create my salad and vegetables that I eat with my Salmon.
This makes about one serving and is high in Vitamin B. Remember to leave the skin on the Salmon and place it on the bottom of the baking dish. After it is cooked the Salmon comes right off of the skin and while cooking the skin keeps your Salmon from getting over cooked on the bottom. Easy clean up! :-)
