Introduction

This sauce is great on grilled meats, and it makes enough for two meals. Try it on cooked pasta or roasted vegetables. This sauce is great on grilled meats, and it makes enough for two meals. Try it on cooked pasta or roasted vegetables.

I think it looks great for a marinade or a light finishing sauce. For those who are looking at the comments and not the actual nutrition, it is 68.1 cal per tablespoon, not 98. Oil itself with no additions is about 98. Stop freaking out about the calories please. If it is too much for you skip it. - 8/18/12

Jamie Oliver has a similar recipe for salsa verde that is much better and only uses 2 T of oil. - 4/12/11
