Introduction

Ingredients

    2 overripe bananas
    2 eggs, beaten
    2.5c whole wheat flour
    1 scoop protein powder
    1/2c canola oil
    1.5c apple sauce
    1tsp salt
    1tsp baking soda
    1tsp vanilla extract
    1c brown sugar, lightly packed
    1/3c chopped pecans

Directions

Combine ingredients, mix.
Put in 2 loaf pans or one 9x9 pan. Cook for about 50min at 375F.
