Ingredients

1 lb of extra lean ground turkey
    1 package of taco seasoning
    1 can of stewed tomatoes
    1 can of corn
    1 can of kidney beans
optional ** grated cheese of your choice**

Directions

This chili has lots of flavor while being healthy too. First brown the ground turkey in a large skillet. Drain grease if there is any. ( I use 99% lean turkey therefore there is not fat to drain) Then add the taco seasoning and evenly coat the turkey. After the turkey is coated move turkey to a large pot. From there mix in the cans of stewed tomatoes, corn and kidney beans. Stir ingredients together and heat on medium for 10-15 minutes. Once completely heated serve with or without cheese sprinkled on top.

Makes 4 servings (about 2 cups each)

This is great to make a double batch and bring to a football game for tailgating or a quick dinner.
