My kids love this lasagne! My kids love this lasagne!
Number of Servings: 10


    1 jar Ragu (I use mushroom)
    1 can diced tomatoes
    24 lasagne noodels (I use 1/2 whole wheat)
    1 container nonfat cottage cheese
    1 4-cup bag shredded mozzarella


Put 1/4 tomatoe products on bottom of lasagne pan.
Layer 6 lasagne noodles over that.
Over with 1/3 the cottage cheese
Sprinkle lightly with shredded mozzarella
Layer next 1/4 tomato products, noodles, cottage cheese, mozzarella, repeat until last layer of noodles. Before layering the last six noodles, leave off the tomato products, putting the last 1/4 of the tomato products on the top.

Cover with foil, bake 45 minutes at 375.
Uncover and bake 5-10 more minutes.
Remove from oven, cover with remaining mozzarella.
Let stand 10 minutes, cut, serve.
